Welcome to Larxe AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access and use of our Revenue Growth System, including software, services, and related features we provide (collectively called “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
Services Provided
Larxe AI provides an automated Revenue Growth System that helps businesses capture incoming leads, handle calls, schedule appointments, send reminders, follow up on leads, and provide performance analytics.
Our Services may include:
- Call-answering and appointment-scheduling automation
- Industry-specific customization (e.g., dental, real estate, home services)
- Automated follow-ups and reminders via SMS/email
- Multi-channel reception (phone, chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)
- ROI and performance dashboards
- Software integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, scheduling software, Google Sheets)
We may update or enhance the Services from time to time to improve performance.
Payment Terms
- Setup Fee: Clients agree to pay a fixed setup/software fee as determined by Larxe AI.
- Monthly Fee: After installation and onboarding, clients will be charged a fixed monthly subscription fee per the contract.
- Billing: All fees are billed electronically according to the schedule set by Larxe AI.
- Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable.
Failure to pay on time may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Services.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure proper Service operation, clients must:
- Provide accurate business information, calendars, and contacts.
- Provide required access to scheduling systems, CRM, or communication channels.
- Honor all appointments scheduled by the Services.
- Not manipulate or alter system data that may reduce legitimate payments to Larxe AI.
- Comply with all applicable laws while using the Services.
Termination
- By Client: Clients may not cancel Services at will unless approved in writing by Larxe AI.
- By Larxe AI: We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if:
- Clients fail to pay fees on time.
- Clients manipulate, misuse, or abuse the Services.
- Clients breach these Terms in any way.
Data & Privacy
Larxe AI processes call and appointment data on behalf of clients. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of this data for Service provision purposes.

Limitation of Liability
Larxe AI is not responsible for:
- Leads or appointments missed due to client errors (e.g., wrong information, unavailable calendar access).
- Third-party service failures (e.g., telecom providers, CRM, or APIs).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Services.
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 30 days before the event giving rise to a claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law.
All disputes will be resolved under Indonesian law and decided in Indonesian courts.
Terms Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on our website, and continued use of Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
